As previously communicated, a subsidiary of Diamond Resorts International® acquired substantially all of the
assets of Tempus Resorts International on July 1, 2011. Since that time Diamond Resorts Management, Inc. has
been overseeing the management of Mystic Dunes Resort, as well as providing the billing and collection services
to all Tempus owners of both Mystic Dunes and Dunes Village.
We are well underway with all aspects of the transition, including migration to our reservations and billing
systems. As part of this changeover, we have disabled the mytempusselect.com website.
Please rest assured that all reservations made online for future arrival dates are secure, and there is no
need to reconfirm. Also, all payments previously made online have been processed and there is no need to
take any action.
We can now offer online payment services to Mystic Dunes and Dunes Village owners through
DiamondResorts.com; however, for reservations, please continue
to contact our Client Services team in Orlando at 1.800.463.7256 (toll free) or 1.407.226.9500 (international),
or e-mail us at clientservices@mystic-dunes-resort.com.
How to Pay Your Fees or Loan Payments Online
To pay your fees online, you must first register your account at DiamondResorts.com.
- Go to DiamondResorts.com and click on 'Register' in the top right hand corner; then click on 'I want to register my account'
- A screen will be displayed asking for two fields to be completed. The simplest way to register is to key in your Account number (which can be found on the top right hand corner of your billing statement) and your home or mobile phone number.
- When this information is verified, you will be prompted to enter a username and password of your choice (please note this for future use), plus your home phone number and e-mail address. Then, follow any further instructions displayed to create security questions.
- Once completed, you will enter the Member Area of the website, select Accounts, and you will be able to pay your maintenance fees or make a loan payment by credit card or electronic debit (EFT).
